Vitamins

Vitamins and Minerals are necessary for the proper functioning of our bodies. They have been in food from the beginning. Sadly, many of today’s foods are missing these vital substances. Fruits, vegetables, and grains no longer have the vitamins and minerals they used to, due to soil depleted with nutrients, pesticides, and genetic engineering. Meats often come from animals filled with steroids which negate vitamins and minerals that are normally abundant. Foods are made through processing, using parts rather than whole foods, and eliminating needed vitamins and minerals.
