If you are shipping within the continental U.S. and are NOT shipping to a Post Office Box, and you would like to Expedite your order, in the 'comments' area of the order say: "Please expedite my order."
We will then contact you either by phone or by email about
possible shipping options and additional costs.
And we will add the additional cost of the chosen faster shipping method to the order amount and expedite your order.
Outside U.S., additional shipping cost may be added.
Please note that shipping outside mainland USA or Canada may require an additional $10 handling charge. Also note that all products in our online shop are shipped from the USA.
The following points represent our Return Policy.
1. To be eligible for a refund, all products, opened and unopened, must be
returned within 30 days of purchase. Vitalizer Plus and Water Filter must be
returned within 30 days of purchase. If returned, the shipping cost will be
deducted from your refund. Used mineral cubes are non-refundable. Damaged or
abused units are not eligible for refunds.
2. Actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. For example, if actual shipping cost was $30, but you were charged $15, or you received free shipping, then $30 (the actual shipping cost for your order) will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund any shipping charges.
3. For open bottles, only one refund per product will be given (you cannot return two open bottles of the same product and get a refund for both).
4. Any product received as a promotional offer must also be returned or you will be charged for the product kept.
